Machinist (Night Shift)

The machinist shall demonstrate the ability to perform multiple machining operations from detailed drawings, sketches, or verbal communication in order to meet customer specifications.  Also, demonstrate the ability to assemble tool components, gages, and fixtures to meet customer specification suitable for a manufacturing environment.  The machinist shall demonstrate the ability to perform maintenance of tools, gages, and fixtures, to ensure capabilities consistent with manufacturing requirements.  The machinist shall perform his/her duties in a timely manner so as to parallel the ideals in the Winzeler Stamping Company Mission Statement.  The machinist, through the elimination of waste and continuous improvement efforts, shall strive for the goal of total customer satisfaction


Production (Night Shift)

Under limited guidance follows established procedures to safely operate equipment in the most efficient manner to produce a quality part that ultimately results in total customer satisfaction. Must be able to read gages, calipers, and blueprints.
 
Production employees are required to participate in multiple cross-functional teams to achieve total customer satisfaction and in an effort to continue the ISO 9001 Certification by meeting quality standards and procedures.


Manufacturing Engineer

Winzeler Stamping Company is a leading independent manufacturer of proprietary and custom-designed stamped and machined metal products and components.  We are a privately held 4th generation family-owned company in our 100th year, with two business divisions operating from two separate facilities located in Montpelier, Ohio.
 
We are looking for an energetic person to join our team who can lead project management during new job launches and continuous improvement projects. The manufacturing engineer will assist in development and troubleshooting of progressive and transfer dies, develop timing and cost estimates, identify and implement new technology, and provide plant-wide engineering support.  Other position objectives include new equipment and process projects, conducting R & D and design experiments, improvement of manufacturing set up and run times and corresponding efficiencies, internal and external corrective actions, and responsibility for timely reporting of appropriate key metrics.
