April 18, 2011 – Winzeler Stamping Company Receives Recognition from Cummins
Wayne Lienau, Engineering Manager at our Custom Stamping division, accepted an award on behalf of Winzeler Stamping Company. The award was for our contribution to the design and launch of Cummins' new engine. Our Engineering and Tool Build teams worked with Cummins' six-sigma project lead, Andrew Keenan, and were instrumental in developing the injector sleeve and new retaining concept that would be utilized in the new engine. Months of design, testing, and multiple iterations culminated in a product and process that achieved excellent results. Andrew received the Chairman's Award from Cummins, and the Winzeler Team was recognized for their role in making the project a success. Congratulations to Wayne Lienau, Bill Connolly, Ed McNett, and Lisa Walz for a job well done!
January 15, 2011 – Employees Give Back
We were reminded again of the generosity and community spirit that our employees possess as they collected canned foods, pantry items, cleaning supplies, and cash to donate to two local charities which serve Williams County, Ohio, the county in which Winzeler Stamping Company is located. See and Do and Helping Hands Food Pantry each received donations from Winzeler Stamping Company employees which helped them restock their shelves after the holiday rush. We're proud of the people who take such great pride in the jobs they do for us; and we're especially proud when we are able to work together to make a difference in our community.
November 1, 2010 - Winzeler Stamping Company receives Supplier Performance award
Winzeler Stamping Company received a Supplier Performance award at Parker Hannifin's North America FCG Supplier Conference in Cleveland, Ohio on October 27, 2010. The award for Premier Delivery and Preferred Quality was presented to our President and CEO, Mike Winzeler. We are proud of our relationship with Parker and are pleased to be recognized as a preferred supplier. Parker is the global leader in motion and control technologies.
