The following job opportunities are currently available on our 2nd shift production team.

Screw Machine Set Up / Operators for set up, operation, and tending multi-spindle screw machines using bar stock.   Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Production and processing knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other methods for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of quality parts, preferably in a metal stamping environment
• Working knowledge of basic mathematical principles required
• Mechanical knowledge of Acme-Gridley screw machines and tools, including repair and maintenance experience preferred

Die Setters (Machine Set Up / Operators) to safely set-up and operate transfer and/or straight sided presses.  Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• A minimum of 1-3 years set up experience required
• Mechanical knowledge of straight-sided and/or transfer presses
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Production and processing knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other methods for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of quality parts, preferably in a metal stamping environment
• Working knowledge of basic mathematical principles required
