Automotive HVAC Components
WCS is proven in producing stampings ranging from simple to complex designs/geometry's and in most of the popular metals including aluminum, stainless steel, brass, carbon steel, copper and specialty metals. With our ability to produce accumulators, receiver-driers, caps, deflectors, filter holders, brackets, shells, and inserts WCS can provide all of your stamping requirements for mobile HVAC systems.
Injector sleeves / Diesel Tubes
With tougher emissions standards, increased warranty requirements, the demands and performance of today's diesel engines are continually being pushed to new heights and more rigorous requirements. WCS has been and continues to be the supplier of choice to work with the OEM'S in the evolution of the injector sleeves. Today's injector sleeves have tighter tolerances; different materials are being used to achieve a sleeve that will provide maximum results. WCS currently provides copper and stainless steel sleeves that are stamped complete and also sleeves that are stamped and machined.
Appliance Products (HVAC - related)
WCS provides stamped components for major commercial/residential air conditioning units. The breadth of products that we provide for this market segment are various steel muffler housings, flanges, deturbulators, stub tubes, steel sleeves and brackets. In addition to supplying components, WCS can provide value-added support by performing assembly and brazing.
Handle Hardware
WCS supplies a variety of premier steel stamping hardware to leading non-power industry manufacturers. Some of the typical items we are supplying are U-D Grips (shovel handles), tubulars, collars, spade caps, manure caps and various other steel components. The type of products where WCS components are utilized are shovels, rakes, spades, hoes, and various other non-power products.
Fillernecks
WCS supplies brass and aluminum fillernecks. The industry segregates radiator fillernecks into three different size categories, which are small, medium, and large. WCS supplies standard and custom fillernecks that fall into the small / medium fillerneck category. Parts can be supplied in a variation of ways: with or without overflow tubes, assembled and soldered or simply as a blank fillerneck.
