Engineering
Blending years of experience, innovative solutions and superior craftsmanship with progressive dies, WCS's engineering team offers a wide variety of deep draw metal solutions. From conception, to prototypes, all the way through production, our dedicated staff continually strives to achieve optimum performance. Our engineering staff utilizes AutoCAD with Mechanical Desktop software (latest release). This electronic tool permits our engineering personnel to read electronic files such as DXF, IGES, and DWG files and work directly with our customers to seek the best solutions.

WCS staffs and maintains a fully equipped modern toolroom facility. Our experienced and skilled journeymen take great pride and care in building and maintaining the tools that produce consistent quality production parts. Our in-house capabilities allow us to control every aspect of the tool build and permit us to be responsive to time sensitive requirements.


Finite Element Analysis

Enview Technologies (www.enviewtechnologies.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of Winzeler Stamping Company, utilizes Finite Element Analysis to simulate various forming processes. This means of early detection of deficiencies can save valuable time and expense during product development and/or evaluation. Our goal is to assist companies in developing tools and products in less time with less money, while improving the overall quality.
